Cell Listing
The IPD-IMGT/HLA and IPD-KIR Cell Query tool can be used to perform complex queries on the shared cell database. This is available via a web interface or a POST API. Please see our help pages for documentation on the use of this tool. The default output displays all cells and can be searched by typing a query in the box provided. More advanced searches can be performed by clicking the Advanced tab. The fields displayed in the output can also be changed by clicking the Fields tab.
