IHIW Cell Query Tool
The IPD-IMGT/HLA Database has provided a tool to query the International HLA and Immunogenetics Workshop (IHIW) cell panel. This is available here as a web interface or through a POST API. Please see our help pages for documentation on the use of this tool. The default output displays all cells and a name can be searched in the box provided. More advanced searches can be performed through the Advanced tab. The fields displayed in the output can also be changed by clicking the Fields tab.
